Shipping policy

Wilderness Hues is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers.  We understand how important it is to receive your order promptly. Rest assured, our team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. 

All items purchased include free shipping in the U.S.A. which is also the only county we ship to.

All products except Wilderness Hues original paintings are custom printed upon order, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This uniqueness makes your product special and also may take a little longer to receive. The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, production can take 2-7 business days after the order is submitted (typically 3 days). The average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase). Additionally, all products are normally shipped in 2-8 business days (typically 4 days)

Please note, different product items such as a mug and a t-shirt may ship separately. This is because they are printed at different print provider locations. 

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Click on the tracking number to track the order’s shipping progress. Orders with multiple shipments will have separate tracking numbers. 

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:

  • The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).
  • The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
  • The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your tracking order hasn’t been updated or shipped within 10 business days, please get in touch with us wildernesshuesllc@gmail.com for a status update.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the address entered in is correct. Please contact us immediately at wildernesshuesllc@gmail.com if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.

Cancelled orders are not allowed or reimbursable so please check your order carefully before submitting it.
